Boost Coffee & Energy
Forum at Greenbriar St. Augustine, Florida
Ground‑Up Commercial Construction by Marvel Construction Group

Marvel Momentum continues on CR 210 in St. Augustine as our team advances the ground‑up construction of the new Boost Coffee & Energy location at the Forum at Greenbriar. This project brings a fast‑growing, high‑energy brand to one of Northeast Florida’s most active corridors, and we’re proud to lead the full site development and vertical build.

What we're doing.

Our scope includes site preparation, utilities, foundation work, structural construction, MEP integration, and final exterior/ interior finishes. As progress continues, this page will serve as a living project journal with bi-weekly updates, milestone highlights, and new photos documenting each phase of the build.

Recent Progress

Site Preparation

We’ve started site prep for the new BOOST COFFEE & ENERGY Forum at Greenbriar, location in St. Augustine — fences up, land secured, water & sewer lines, site survey & grading for concrete, stake outs, and the team moving into early construction phases. About Boost Coffee

Boost Coffee building rendering

Boost Coffee & Energy is a Jacksonville‑born drive‑thru concept created by franchise veterans Mike Murray and Joe Herlihy, who launched the brand to meet a growing demand for cleaner, higher‑quality coffee and energy drinks. Their model blends fresh‑roasted coffee, clean energy refreshers, and protein‑powered beverages, all crafted in compact dual‑lane drive‑thru kiosks designed for speed and convenience.

Each location roasts its own beans in‑house—an uncommon differentiator in the drive‑thru space—while offering customizable drinks with functional add‑ins like protein, creatine, collagen, and electrolytes.

Boost is rapidly expanding across North Florida, with initial corporate locations planned in Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Flagler counties, including multiple new sites in the Northeast Florida market as part of a rollout targeting roughly ten corporate stores before franchising begins in 2027.
